As a Service Account Manager Associate the duties include those being responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations Family. This position will also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis, and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.

This position is full-time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 12921 S Vista Station Blvd, Ste 200, Draper, UT, 84020 (Employees must reside within a commutable distance of the location).

We offer 4 weeks of paid on-the-job training 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • As the Service Account Manager, you will be monitoring this critical role to ensuring client and individual funds are posted promptly and properly.
  • Any SLA miss could result in regulatory complaints and/or loss of confidence from clients.
  • You will be responsible for processing all banking financial transactions and tax related corrections and providing feed back to the accounts on any sensitive information.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR higher
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of Banking, Financial Transactions experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, v-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas), Microsoft PowerPoint (creating, editing, and presenting slide decks), and Microsoft Outlook (scheduling calls)
  • Proficient with computer data entry; keyboarding and ten-key
  • Experience balancing transactions, researching check payments, processing transactions on accounts
  • Understanding of balancing of debits/credits on internal accounts
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ months experience working with Health Savings Accounts
  • Accounting experience
  • Basic understanding of federal banking regulations as they relate to Checks and ACH's
  • Processing and researching EFT payments

Soft Skills:

  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexibility and ability to change between different tasks as needed
