About the role 

Senior Sales Engineer would be responsible for driving complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries (Restaurant, C-Store) with Account Executives to solve diverse mission-critical business problems. They will work with the customer to  gather and understand customer requirements and demonstrate how our solution addresses those requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of our solution, and the ability to effectively communicate the customer benefits as to how our product addresses their specific requirements. 

What You'll Do 

  • Partner with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across industries (Restaurant, C-Store) in both pre-sales and post-sales environments to solve diverse mission-critical business problems.  
  • Help navigate the discovery process, helping to uncover your customer's current pains and align to their business objectives.  
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations that tell Punchh's differentiated story in a manner that conveys our unique solution.  
  • Partner with customers to design Punchh based solutions that drive value and significant business impact.   
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process of Punchh ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements (also comfortable making tech recommendations based on our preferred partner roster).  
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing and Sales, sharing customer feedback to help craft/manage the product roadmap. 

What You'll Need 

  • 4-5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization. Excellent presentation and verbal skills with technical, non-technical, end-user, and executive audiences; a knack for delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.  
  • A consultative approach with solving your customer's business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical objections. Problem-solving is in your DNA. 
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem. Ability to thrive and adapt to a rapidly evolving product and market that will define the future of work. Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace where we learn from each other is core to Punchh's values 
  • Experience in Martech would be preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent; MBA / MS is preferred. 

Compensation 

The base salary range for this position is $108,000 to $135,000 USD per year commensurate with work location. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/ or equity, as applicable.
