Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgical Registered Nurse to join our outstanding team. If you are passionate about meaningful patient care and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

In your role, you will:

  • Apply the nursing process, critical thinking, and clinical judgment to provide safe and effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate professional communication and active participation in unit activities.
  • Exhibit teamwork and adaptability while serving as a resource to peers.
  • Take accountability for delivering high-quality nursing services and enhancing the nursing profession’s image.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or bachelor’s degree).
  • At least six months of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or a Multi-State Compact License (Texas RN License is required within 90 days of hire for Compact License holders).
  • Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
