Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in janitorial, facilities maintenance, or related services. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. Familiarity with the New York market is a plus.
