What matters mostTo excel in this role at Four Winds Manor, Inc., candidates must possess a compassionate and nurturing nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist residents with daily tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a Wisconsin Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or eligibility for a Wisconsin license. Preferably, candidates will have prior C.N.A. experience.
Experience, particularly with older adults, dementia care, and rehabilitation residents. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coupled with strong attention to detail and a dedication to upholding residents' rights and dignity, is essential. With a passion for providing quality care and a commitment to professional development, you can thrive in this dynamic and rewarding role that values excellence and integrity.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
