Job Title: Entry-Level Imports Logistics Coordinator

Location: Doral Fl 33126
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing import documentation.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Communicate with customs brokers to facilitate the clearance of shipments.
  • Track and update shipment statuses, ensuring all parties are informed of progress.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain and organize detailed records of all import activities.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - looking for min 2 years of experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or coursework in logistics or international trade is a plus but not required.
