Responsibilities

Review Loan Applications: Assess loan applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required documents are submitted. Your attention to detail ensures timely processing and approval.
Coordinate with Loan Officers: Work alongside loan officers to collect additional documentation and clarify client information. This collaboration is key to providing exceptional customer service and meeting client needs.
Verify Information: Conduct thorough verifications of employment, income, and credit history. This step is essential to minimize risks and ensure loan eligibility.
Maintain Client Communication: Regularly update clients on their loan status and respond to inquiries promptly. Keeping clients informed enhances their experience and trust in our bank.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing or a related role in the banking or mortgage industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and compliance requirements.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all documents and information are accurate and complete.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, loan officers, and other stakeholders.
