We're currently seeking a skilled Inventory Specialist to join their collaborative team. If you're detail-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity with us Pay: $19-$24 per hour 1st Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm As an Inventory Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Performing manual and scheduling duties related to receiving paper and goods from various carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, LTL, and over-the-road carriers. Utilizing small hand tools and hand trucks to relocate materials. Completing activities associated with receiving materials, including packing/unpacking of goods. Recording identification and quantity of received goods, rejecting damaged or misdirected items, and routing material to inspection or necessary departments. Coordinating with Purchasing and/or Accounting on purchase orders and maintaining accurate records of purchase orders and inventory. Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels and reconciling actual stock counts to computer-generated reports.
