Personal Injury Paralegal

Salary: $65,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team, with a focus on personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of personal injury experience managing complex litigation processes and be proficient in using case management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of litigation cases, particularly in personal injury matters.
  • Organize and manage case files, ensuring all legal documents are properly filed and up to date.
  • Utilize Odyssey, Peach Court, and Pacer systems for case management and electronic filing.
  • Conduct legal research, gather and review documents, and draft legal correspondence.
  • Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and court officials as necessary.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal filings.
  • Provide additional support as needed during trial preparation and court proceedings.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury.
  • Must have proficiency in Odyssey, Peach Court, and Pacer systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
