We are seeking a Mid-Level Windows System Engineer to join our team and work on a DoD program that involves integrating enterprise resource planning systems into a modernized platform. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled team, maintain secure environments, and contribute to the success of critical systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and administer Windows Server versions, Microsoft Azure, AWS, M365, Active Directory, and more
  • Utilize PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and robust security posture
  • Assess, install, and recommend innovative technologies
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Client/Server Architecture
  • Create and maintain in-house documentation for standardized processes
  • Collaborate within a hybrid, multi-location operations team
  • Execute patching and security configuration activities
  • Continuously monitor system health, performance, and operational trends
  • Handle support tickets, manage incidents, service requests, and problems
  • Conduct thorough incident analysis and document status updates

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or additional years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree
  • In-depth knowledge of administration concepts around Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Must have an Interim DoD Secret Clearance or higher
  • Meet baseline 8570 certification (IAT Level II)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Microsoft technologies
  • Azure and/or AWS certifications
