Career Services & Alumni Relations
  • Managing and maintaining an innovative Career Services Office that is tailored to City Colleges vision and philosophy
  • Builds successful relationships with current and prospective students, alumni, employers, participating faculty,
  • Develops and maintains systems used to identify employment opportunities for students.
  • Sources alumni job seekers for employment opportunities posted by employers
  • Provides career coaching and interview techniques through seminars and workshops.
  • Working with students/graduates and employers on matching internships and employment opportunities in their field of study
  • Building alumni relations and effectively engaging with the schools future alumni network
  • Create and maintain alumni database.
  • Maintains department compliance with accreditation regulations.
  • Maintains job placement database and updates on a regular basis.
  • Conducts graduate and employer surveys
  • Assists with graduate and employer surveys; generates reports on same and presents to appropriate staff for necessary corrective action or improvement planning.
  • Organize and facilitate campus career fairs for students and graduates
