The IT Help Desk, maintain and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills and an understanding of Information Systems functions. The IT Help Desk will manage project tasks through all phases of project execution, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, and develop and prioritize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.

Requirements

  • Own and apply best practices for deploying, maintaining, training users, and troubleshooting the following systems: Shared Services Center Admin (JIRA Owner), Digital Marketing tools, MS Dynamics CRM Administration, SharePoint Administration, and MS Teams Administration.
  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, success criteria, and requirements capture.
  • Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
  • Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
  • Demonstrate structured analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Respect, support, and integrate the company's Tenets of Culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, or Computer Science preferred.
  • At least two years of experience supporting an IT organization in the above requirements, or a combination of some college with documented work experience in Computer Information Systems, ERP, CRM, ticketing systems, or Digital marketing design, implementation or support.
  • Strong technical expertise and usage in application lifecycle management (ALM) software and bug tracking software (Jira).
  • Excellent customer service, data gathering and analysis, adaptability, and results-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work in an office setting for a minimum of four days a week, with occasional travel to remote locations.
  • Dexterity in working on a computer and visual acuity in working with multiple information systems.

This is an entry-level role, and the salary is dependent on individual candidate's skills and background. The candidate must be on-site in Fort Wayne, Indiana, for this role.
