Position Summary

Houston, TX

Located in Houston Corridor area

HYBRID work scheudule.

Responsibilities

To support the Operations Project Systems team with upcoming Merger, Acquisition, & Divestiture activities along with representing Project Systems in the planning, design, and implementation of the S4/Hana to replace the current ECC/SAP R3. Will also support Project Systems in run the business activities including trouble-shooting issues and updating training documentation.

Qualifications

MUST have experience with SAP R3.

Competency in SAP R3 for the procurement and financial management of capital projects. (including project work breakdown structure, reporting, purchase requisitions / purchase orders, DoA, taxation).

Knowledge in Materials Management and Contractor Labor Services.

Experience in IT.

Comprehension of the Procurement / Sourcing processes for material and labor/service requests and integration with project execution.

Understanding of the relationships between the different functions: Purchasing, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Finance, Tax, Requisitioners, Expeditors, Receivers

Fast learner.

Team player with attention to detail and a result-oriented mindset.

Able to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.
