Job Purpose: Provide technical support for software, hardware, and IT services to office and field personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Prioritize and respond to help desk requests in a courteous, respectful, and timely manner using a help ticket system and by phone.
- Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware including, but not limited to:
- Desktop and laptop computers
- Printers
- Android based cell phones and PDAs
- VoIP Phones
- Provide software support for products including but not limited to Windows 10/11, Office 365, and a continually developing line of business application.
- Create and maintain user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Create and maintain documentation for end users and IT staff.
- More than a 40-hour work week may be required, including weekend availability.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Any other reasonably related business duties as required.
- Two years of experience in IT or an associate degree in computer science or related field required.
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Some travel, including overnight and weekends, will be required.
- Must be available for regular attendance at our corporate office during designated work hours and otherwise as needed.
- With or without accommodation the employee must be able to communicate effectively with others; sit for extended periods of time; bend, stoop, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
