- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and service delivery.
- Experience and knowledge of family services principles, practices, and ethics.
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans to deliver services and locate and secure resources.
- Knowledge of infant and child development, parent-child dynamics, and child abuse, neglect, and trauma impact.
- Strong verbal and communication skills, with ability to interview and gather data effectively.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Computer skills, including web-based case management documentation.
