Position Overview:

General Maintenance personnel plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities include performing various maintenance tasks, including light construction, electrical work, plumbing repairs, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage their time and respond promptly to maintenance requests. This person will also assist at other J.C. Lewis properties outside of just the dealership locations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (some weekends may be required)

Pay: Based on experience. Negotiable for the right person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct general maintenance tasks to maintain the facility's appearance and functionality
  • Perform light construction work as needed, such as repairing structures or installing fixtures
  • Handle electrical tasks, including repairing lighting fixtures, outlets, and switches
  • Address plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, or fixture repairs
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inspections
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to prioritize and complete maintenance projects efficiently

  • Clean driving record
  • 21 years of age or older
