Description
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the APRN will provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers at various program sites and will provide assessment/diagnosis for the purpose of determining appropriateness of medication treatment, ongoing medication evaluation/monitoring and participation in patient treatment planning as a member of the multidisciplinary clinical team.
Requirements
- NH Nursing License and NH APRN License with Psychiatric Certification preferred
- Preference will be given to those who hold a NH Medical License
- Current DEA
- ABPN Certification in General Psychiatry for MDs/DOs
- Comfort and knowledge in prescribing for adults and adolescents (formal Child and Adolescent Certification not required)
