Job Description
Do you enjoy speaking with people all day and have a customer service focus? If so, this may be the job for you We are seeking an exceptional individual who possesses excellent customer service, communication skills, administration experience or recruiting experience to join our team This individual will work on the human resources team responsible for all warehouse hiring. The Recruiter will manage the hiring pipeline through contacting candidates via phone and e-mail to schedule interviews for all open warehouse roles, update applicant tracking system, spreadsheets, and reports, update posting listing, and work with hiring managers to schedule interviews according to available timeslot and quotas.

Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM PST, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Submit weekly hiring data reports
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing inspiring information about the company and position
- Prepare candidate for each step in the hiring process
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Engage with candidates actively, influencing their decision to pursue a career at S&S Activewear positively.
- Understand and clearly communicate the needs of hiring managers.
- Demonstrate endurance and resilience by effectively problem-solving through challenges and overcoming obstacles to achieve hiring goals with managerial support.
- Lead recruitment efforts for multiple positions efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and manage hiring demand
- Hold an associate degree or have an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Possess full-cycle recruitment experience in relevant industry sectors.
- Have experience supporting hiring needs up to the senior manager level.
- Bring a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in agency or in-house talent acquisition.
- Have a working knowledge of employment systems, preferably ADP Workforce.
- Exhibit a strong ability to close deals in a competitive market.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Adapt effectively to a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team and independently as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Significant work activities include continuous sitting for extended periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day) and extensive keyboard use (50% or more of the workday).
- Demonstrate proficiency in keyboarding, spreadsheets, databases, data management, and information retrieval.
- Possess strong project management skills and the ability to handle competing deadlines effectively.
