Job Description:

CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support a customer at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition while leading a team of maintenance personnel. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Daily activities may include:

  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and proactive upkeep of facilities and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment, identifying issues and coordinating necessary repairs.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment.
  • Oversee the procurement and inventory of maintenance supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are available for repairs and upkeep.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and repairs, providing regular reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications in maintenance or facilities management are a plus.
