Spiras Health is a value-based, nurse practitioner led clinical provider of care-at-home and other health-related services to individuals with complex and polychronic needs. Spiras' comprehensive approach to care delivery includes a combination of home-based services, telehealth, two-way digital communications, and remote patient monitoring. Proprietary predictive modeling identifies and assesses individuals with an elevated probability of avoidable costs. How We Serve

The Sales Enablement Manager, in partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer and Growth Team, will develop near and long-term strategies, processes, tools and a support structure that best aligns with the Growth Team needs and priorities. An ongoing key priority is to support revenue growth, provide updated market information and insights that continue to position Spiras as a differentiator in the market, develop client communication and support all aspects of sales opportunities. This role carries significant responsibility in collaborating across the organization and creating repeatable processes and tools to increase efficiencies, supporting the development of connection points in the market, and augmenting Sales and Marketing efforts including management of data within the CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot).
Scope of Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship between Agency of Record and Spiras
  • Provide support, development and project management on Presentations, Proposal, RFP content and marketing materials.
  • Conduct research on key market trends, competitor profiles, and payer market insights and translate these into actionable strategies for continued market differentiation and product evolution.
  • Project manage client/prospect deliverables, at the direction of and to support Growth Team, during the sales process and into key aspects of implementation.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity for Sales and Marketing CRMs.
  • Produce Sales pipeline reporting for Growth and Leadership teams.
  • Document sales and contract processes, and cross reference to updated sales pitch decks.
  • Manage and maintain Marketing library.
  • Support development of campaigns, blogs, industry articles, and conference participation for lead generation and increasing market presence.
  • Maintain conference spreadsheet, trade events, and coordinate the planning and registrations of events.
  • Manage day-to-day business intelligence, expense management, technology/CRM vendors that support the Growth team.
  • Function as liaison for the Growth team and across Enterprise, as requested, for technical training and best practices support.
  • Lead other projects as assigned from Chief Commercial Officer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, administrator experience, comfort in making edits to overall database/structure
  • Strong understanding of health plan and healthcare market and terminology, key trends, and strategies - particularly focused in the Government space
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges and projects in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Willingness to proactively conduct research and initiate new projects related to the goals and objectives of the department.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects with a sense of urgency and detailed follow through.
  • Ability to provide analytics and reports from data tracking.
  • Ability to be a self-starter.
  • Strong sense of customer service for internal and external contacts
  • Ability to understand and support sales process including contributing to the details in presentations.
  • Ability to work within all levels of the organization as requested to coordinate feedback, schedule meetings or other duties as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and company initiatives
  • Must be familiar with Medicare and Medicaid
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, sales, data, or health care related field
  • Some travel to Tennessee and/or other locations as needed
