Responsibilities include: ⦁ Implement strategic technology initiatives focusing on cost and capacity savings. ⦁ Facilitate new product and technology introductions to the plant while interfacing with globalized R&D and manufacturing teams. ⦁ Work with capital teams focusing on biological process design, including sterile operation and sanitary design for expansion and site capital projects. ⦁ Drive technical improvements for processes by monitoring and managing critical process performance. ⦁ Design and develop operations, equipment, process, and methods. ⦁ Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
