As a Production Painter (also known as Industrial Painter, Spray Painter), you'll operate and maintain various types of spraying equipment, prepare, mix, match, and apply paint to fabricated materials. You'll also ensure quality control, manage equipment, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Your role will also involve troubleshooting, researching when problems occur, and instructing on paint gun setup, part preparation, and paint techniques.
Benefits- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18-$23 based on skills and experience.
- Potential to transition to a permanent role with eligibility for benefits after a 90-day introductory period.
- Opportunity to work on the first shift, running from 6:00AM to 2:30PM.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial painting experience.
- Experience with using thickness measuring devices and interpreting Technical Data Sheets.
- Proficiency in hazardous materials, ISO 9001 certification experience, deburring experience, machine safety inspections, metal casting experience, shop math skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and basic computer skills.
