Home Performance Alliance - Canvassing Manager

We are growing again We need Canvass Managers immediately

You will be managing a team of canvassers to set appointments and driving a company-provided vehicle. You must have a clean driving history and be over 21 to get on our insurance as a driver (if applicable). You must be approved as a driver to have a manager position. Paid Training provided.

Must be able to work every other Saturday from 10:00a - 3:30p. PAID Weekly.

Personal Bonuses paid weekly, uncapped bonus potential. Managers receive bonuses on their personal appointments. You receive a weekly printout of all payable appointments. Complete transparency.

Manager Bonus paid monthly, uncapped bonus potential. Managers receive a percentage of all net sales that their team produces from their appointments for the month. You receive a monthly printout of all payable appointments. Complete transparency.

HPA sells impact windows and doors to the residential market, and we need lead generators to provide qualified appointments to our sales teams. We are a + $65 million Florida company and over 75% of our appointments and sales come from canvassing. Other companies do not do our volume, don't get stuck with a company that will not use your appointments. Or worse, who are not completely transparent regarding appointment results for bonuses.

You will NOT be making any sales, ONLY setting appointments. Get paid what you are worth, today

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of individuals (canvassers / field marketers / field appointment setters )

• Must be local to the area (office location: Tampa, St Petersburg, Ft Myers, or Jacksonville areas) and know how to pick territory for the best/most qualified appointments for your team

• Memorize and recite, train your team on sales scripts and statements. If you can't memorize short scripts then this is not the job for you.

• Go door-to-door to introduce HPA's offers to potential customers

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the product, service, being canvassed - after training.

• Get information, such as contact details, from homeowners to set appointments

• Keeping up fleet maintenance

• Consistently ensure that you and your team meet daily and weekly quotas

Qualifications

• Have an internal drive and a strong desire to succeed and make money.

• Are willing to work hard. This type of earning potential doesn't come free, you have to put in the effort.

• Want to be on a career path. We do not require college degrees for advancement. Management positions earn $75,000 to over $150,000/year.

• Professional in appearance and demeanor. Can you "clean up" for work ;). We provide the uniform shirt, hat, umbrella, rain jackets. You provide the shorts and comfortable walking shoes.

• Excellent communication skills including persuasive speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills. You can't be "shy." Must have an outgoing personality with the 'gift of gab',

• Ability to Manage and Mentor a team. Your employees will only stay with the company if they are successful and it is your job to get them there. You will need to ensure that they have the skills, and work ethic.

• Ability to manage time effectively and to fulfill quotas. This is very easy to do if you want to make a lot of money and ensure that you and your team work your territory.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.

• Must have the physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods. This is a field position which means you will need to able to walk 3 - 5 miles a day.
