Description:
As the Scheduler, you will be responsible for matching and scheduling our clients and caregivers and filling open shifts caregivers call-off or clients cancel shifts.

Primary Duties:
  • Matches appropriate caregivers with clients based on personality, availability, and skill set.
  • Ensures that all clients have caregiver coverage and arranges for substitute/backup caregivers as necessary.
  • Handles/resolves caregiver issues, problems, and scheduling changes.
  • Responsible for verifying client shifts and authorization of services with payors.
  • Be the point of contact for clients and caregivers.
  • Helps support and recognize the exemplary performance of caregivers
  • Tracks the caregiver attendance.
  • Assists with New Hire Caregiver Orientation.
  • Works closely with staff to ensure that hours and pay rates are correct for payroll and billing rates are appropriate for invoicing.
  • Serves as a backup caregiver as needed.
  • Participates in after hours and weekend on-call rotation.
  • Special Projects: marketing, administrative, company parties, etc.
  • Other duties could apply
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and the ability to develop extraordinary relationships.
  • At least 2 years of office experience required, preferably in staffing or scheduling
  • Experience in a senior service or health care setting would be amazing.
  • Must be a good problem solver, self-starter, and excellent communicator
  • Strong Computer skills on the Google platform and experience with AxisCare is a plus.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is a MUST.
  • Must own a smartphone
  • Able to complete a TB Test
  • Is at least 18 Years of age
  • Has a High School Diploma/GED
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills

Reports to: Administrator

Hours: Office hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Friday

FLSA Status: Full time, Hourly non-exempt
