Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, commission-based role focused on identifying and securing new clients with staffing needs. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with companies, understand their hiring requirements, and lock in contracts for our staffing services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients with staffing needs across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Present and promote Wulf's staffing solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts for staffing services.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with qualified candidates.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based role with a focus on results.
