We are currently looking for an Administrative Support Representative to join our facility in Normal, IL.

Job Summary

An Administrative Support Representative works closely with Operations and Sales to support them as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and have the aptitude for problem solving. The Candidate must also have experience working in an office environment, providing support to coworkers, and performing administrative tasks. Ability to multitask, meet important deadlines, and manage schedules are essential skills for this position.

Major Job Responsibilities

  • Office Support: Operations and Sales support, greeting drop off customers, updating accounts, office organization, calendar management, printing routes and running reports for management.
  • Customer Service: Answering incoming calls, scheduling customers for service, sending service calendars, sending customer contracts for sales, and responding to customer emails.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining an organized filing system for documents.
  • Billing Operations: Reconciling routes, generating invoices, and sending invoices for payment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be able to lift/push 50-100 pounds
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time - management skills and multitasking ability
  • Strong ability for learning new software and systems
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft products or G-Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Previous success in an assistant role
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to interpret and apply data
