Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and visitors, inform McNair employees, and/or direct them to the appropriate conference room or office.
  • Answer/transfer phone calls and take messages as needed.
  • Validate parking.
  • Create and distribute company memos through email, letters, or telephone calls (Forward daily A La Carte menu to office staff).
  • Submit work orders and requests to building services.
  • Maintain all phone lists (Reception, freight area, concierge) and distribute them to employees as they are updated.
  • Maintain tidiness of all conference rooms.
  • Check mail and distribute to appropriate mailboxes.
  • Schedule and accept courier service.
  • Receive package deliveries and distribute.
  • Restock and take inventory for both kitchens.
  • Inventory copy paper and supplies.
  • Organize and keep copy/mailroom neat.
  • Organize and keep storage closets neat.
  • Handle office meals and celebrations (catering, decorations, etc).
  • Distribute dry cleaning (pick up/drop off).
  • Organize and file company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system as needed.
  • Provide support for teams as needed to include as a floater/covering for any EA out of office as needed.
  • Perform various other special project duties or tasks as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous administrative or clerical work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
