Administrative Assistant

The role involves organizing, scanning, and moving files to system applications.
Responsibilities:
• Review files, organize them, scan them, and move them to system applications.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Manage files and documentation in accordance with company policies and systems.
Technologies and Systems:
• Salesforce
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• If a candidate does not have experience with Salesforce or Microsoft, similar technologies may be considered transferable.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Basic technology skills (experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Efficient work habits
• Ability to manage tasks independently
Additional Information:
• Position is onsite in Lake Oswego, OR
• Contract duration: 6 weeks (Total of 150 hours)
• 25 hours a week, with flexible scheduling (9 AM - 2 PM)
• Not a team lead role
• No interaction with other departments
• No opportunity for conversion to full-time role
• Small office environment with 2 other staff and a manager
Experience Requirements:
• 3-5 years of office experience
