A Saturday Properties Leasing Agent is responsible for creating a "make it easy" leasing experience for current and future residents. Must be driven to exceed sales goals and capture accurate prospect data for reporting purposes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed budgeted occupancy:
- Diligently respond to leads via phone and email
- Assess the prospect's needs, wants, and potential objections
- Positively promote the properties and amenities
- Record and report accurate and timely traffic and sales
- Effectively convert tours to leases
- Schedule tours and convert them into leases
- Manage the tour process by scheduling and educating prospects
- Ensure units are in touring condition
- Follow-up with prospects after the tour
- Facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to resident
- Manage lease signing process
- Manage move-in checklist and confirm unit is ready with move-in gift
- Manage resident files
- Coordinate and lead the resident renewal process
- Help host open houses and other resident events to ensure an extraordinary resident experience
- Manage all incoming inquiries and warmly transfer to the appropriate party in a timely manner
- Handle transactions like accepting and logging packages, managing vendors, and deliveries
- Complete market research in the area to ensure up-to-date knowledge of pricing, inventory, and specials
- Foster relationships with local businesses and employers for future resident promotions and partnerships
- Manage inventory of promotional materials
- Attend site L10s

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant experience
- 1-3 years experience in hospitality, customer service or other service industry role
- Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities and talent
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, excel, calendar management, software/database
- Basic Fair Housing understanding
