This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely. Are you seeking a stable and growing company? Do you enjoy being challenged and working alongside a collaborative team? We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our Subrogation Claims Team. In this role, you will assist our claims department as well as provide top-notch customer service to insureds and claimants involved in the subrogation process. Accuracy, prioritization, and communication are necessities of this job. You will work daily with the subrogation department, insureds, and claimants to complete work in a timely and accurate manner. With a natural aptitude for multi-tasking, qualified candidates can switch between tasks quickly and work independently. Key Responsibilities: Secure information from other insurance carriers and claimants. Process requests, complete applicable state forms, conduct asset searches, and request police reports. Provide support for our team members by drafting correspondence, completing weekly/monthly reports, and processing outgoing letters. Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, professional telephone manner, ability to work with a variety of people. Above average organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks with minimal supervision. Thorough knowledge of and the ability to utilize Word, Excel and other PC/Windows based software. Flexible and willing to work on individual projects while functioning as a team player.
