Director of Finance

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee local accounting and finance operations for two subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and familiarity with IFRS.
  • Manage financial functions, including budgeting, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, insurance, risk management, and contract evaluations.
  • Facilitate the annual financial audit process for two subsidiaries while coordinating closely with external auditors.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory reports, tax declarations, and compliance with social security and HR benefits regulations.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of financial performance, comparing results to prior years, budgets, and forecasts, while collaborating with the team for comprehensive reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of Manufacturing experience required
  • 5 years of experience leading a medium-sized team required
  • IFRS and International experience preferred
  • CPA preferred
