Pay rate:** $130/hr onsite patient care hours, $100/hr telemedicine lab review hours.
Full Description
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups on site at private businesses in and around New York City, NY . Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care. Usually no more than 20 patients per day.
__****Responsibilities:
- Provide general wellness checkups.
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
- Perform blood draws for patients.
- Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
- Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
Requirements:

Valid and clean license to work in NY and NJ is preferred.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.

Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.

Must be able to perform phlebotomy.

Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.

Must have a collaborating MD to cover this job.

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).

Must be able to commute throughout New York City, NY and/or New Jersey.
