Per Diem Nurse Practitioner-Outpatient Oncology-Mount Sinai Hospital

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care to our patients with cancer and hematological disorders.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical patient care to all assigned patients on an as-needed basis.
- Maintain BCLS/ACLS Certification and annual program requirements.
- Possess the required competence in the area of assignment within the guidelines of the position description.
- Complete the necessary orientation program as coordinated by Nursing Education prior to engagement.
- Comply with all institutional regulations as would a full-time employee.
- Master's degree program designed to prepare a registered nurse to provide acute/primary health care services or the successful completion of an approved supplemental education program.
- Relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Licensing and Certification Requirements (if applicable): RN License, CNP License, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), ACLS (in ED; PACU/ASU; ICUs; Telemetry Units; SDU; IR, Interventional Cardiology (CCL/EP/Echo); L&D; Endoscopy, and APN Adult Oncology, NRP (Labor and Delivery, NICU depts), PALS (in ED; PACU; IR; Peds ICU, and APNs Pediatric Oncology depts).
