IT Technology Coordinator

The Technology Coordinator will contribute to project planning, coordinate installations, and troubleshoot issues. They should have technical proficiency in IT protocols and hardware and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for liaising with stakeholders and meeting deadlines. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and occasional travel may be required.

This role offers a platform for someone to efficiently manage IT projects, ensure timely deliveries, and implement new policies to support company objectives while also fostering their personal and professional growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include

  • Assemble server racks for each project and prepare them for shipment.
  • Assist construction teams with onsite installation and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to IT project planning and development, including proactive communication with stakeholders regarding project needs, scheduling, and goals.
  • Coordinate day-to-day systems and processes to ensure timely installations, including vendor installation and testing coordination.
  • Implement new IT-related policies introduced by the company.
  • Maintain material security at warehousing locations and job sites.
  • Organize, maintain, and complete cycle counts for related IT inventory.
  • Prepare project update reports as directed.
  • Review plans and specifications to understand project dependencies and IT requirements.
  • Verify and organize incoming IT-related shipments.
Qualifications
  • Minimum (2) years of a relevant combination of education or experience in network installations or IT-related fields.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish candidates are preferred.
  • Demonstrated technical competency in standard IT protocols, systems hardware, and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality.
  • Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills to meet strict timelines.
  • Strong time management, decision-making, and multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under time-sensitive circumstances.
  • A valid Driver's License and occasional travel is required.
