As the MEP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within cold storage facilities, food processing plants, and beverage production facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality standards, adherence to industry regulations, and client satisfaction.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to MEP systems in cold storage, food, and beverage facilities, ensuring full compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to MEP systems integration and propose effective mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for MEP-related inquiries, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and fostering positive client relationships.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance MEP coordination processes, methodologies, and best practices to drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence in project delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination, preferably within the design-build environment, with a focus on cold storage, food, and beverage projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and integration principles, with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.
  • Proficiency in CAD or Revit for clash detection
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and clients.
