Job Description

This position work closely with other EPIC support teams, technical teams, Epic end users and other citizen report developers to:

* Triage incoming requests for Epic analytic solutions

* Match existing Epic analytics content to user requests

* Design & develop new analytics content in Epic Hyperspace to meet user requirements

* Support end-user training on Epic Cogito Tools & analytic solutions

* Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrade & enhancement duties across the full suite of Epic Cogito tools, databases and configurations

Required Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree ;5 years of relevant experience with a degree

7 years of relevant experience without a degree

Active Epic certification in Cogito Fundamentals and the Caboodle Data Model.

Additional active certification in any of the following areas will receive priority consideration:

* Cogito Tools Administration

* Slicer Dicer Custom Build

* Cogito SQL

* Radar SQL Metrics
