About Us: We are a new, upcoming veterinary hospital in Bel Air, MD, dedicated to providing the highest standards of patient care and client service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager with a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) title to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance to veterinary staff, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Client Relations: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Compliance: Implement and maintain protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and promote safety for patients, clients, and staff.
  • Veterinary Support: Assist with medical procedures and provide support to veterinarians and technicians as needed.
  • Training: Contribute to staff training and development programs to enhance team performance and individual growth.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) title.
  • Proven experience in a veterinary practice management role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to implement and maintain protocols and procedures.
  • Passion for providing high-quality veterinary care.
