Job Title: Client Care Coordinator

Location: Tulsa, OK ONSITE

Contract to Hire opportunity paying $18/hr

SBCS has partnered with a growing non-profit looking to add a highly organized and customer-focused Client Care Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and offerings to effectively communicate with clients

- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify and address any issues or concerns

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and other communication between clients and consultants

- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients on a regular basis

- Assist with the development of proposals and contracts for new and existing clients

- Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain an up-to-date client database

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the client experience

Qualifications:

-Associates degree is preferred but HS graduate is manatory

- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs

- Knowledge of business processes and strategies is a plus
