The Sr. Director of Global Total Rewards is responsible for the strategy, global design, development, and execution of a comprehensive total rewards department for the organization that aligns competitive and differentiated employee rewards with the achievement of results that advance Promethean's business strategies and goals. The individual must be both strategic and hands on in leading compensation, benefits, payroll, HR technology, and wellness. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the incumbent enables the company to attract, engage and retain high performing, high potential leaders in the right quantities to drive both current and future business growth. Responsibilities: Lead Total Rewards Center of Excellence and drive strategy to optimize Promethean's portfolio of rewards in service to company business objectives Apply relevant best-in-class benchmarks and programs that align with and enable Promethean's long-term business, organization and talent goals Proactively assess and adapt total rewards programs to changing business priorities, including acquisition and integration activity as required Serve as a member of the People leadership team aligning HR resources and strategic initiatives with the most important Company priorities Provide strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation communication, and administration of the company's compensation programs to ensure competitive programs to attract, retain and motivate employees Oversee Global Payroll and HRIS team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with laws and evolving HR processes, technologies and workflows that best serve the business Oversee HR's global reporting strategy, the HRIS platform to implement process improvements, policies, and technology configurations that will improve the employee experience with HR services Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to create remarkable digital experiences through automation and integrations Drive the design of the global benefits plans and annual open enrollment, ensuring programs are competitive, fiscally sound and in compliance with legal requirements Own administration of the 401(k) with 3rd party vendor, external auditor, payroll, and the financial advisor; coordinates quarterly meetings and employee communications Lead Global Recognition Programs Create and/or a
