The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all materials, parts, and products adhere to established quality standards. Key duties include inspecting, testing, and documenting results, while working closely with engineering, sales, and production teams to support process improvements and address quality-related issues.
Required:
-3+ years of experience in quality control or related field

-Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system standards.

responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure quality standards.

Establish inspection protocols, define sampling procedures, and select testing equipment.
-
Recommend improvements and assist in revising quality control procedures based on inspection results.
-
Record test results and complete Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and Certificates of Analysis (CofAs).
-
Collect and compile quality data and compliance documents (e.g., U/L, CSA, REACH, RoHS).
-
Support root cause analyses and address quality-related issues such as customer complaints, RMAs, CARs, and MRB incidents with the Quality Supervisor and Production Managers.
-
Assist the engineering team with process improvements, material and tool/artwork/jig qualifications, and other quality-related projects.
-
Handle stock check requests and stock orders as needed.
-
Perform tasks under general supervision with minimal oversight.
