Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate and high-quality nursing care to geriatric patients
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing
  • Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly patients
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and assist patients
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Pay Rate: $1,500 - $1,575 weekly depending on experience
