OVERVIEW OF THE DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST ROLE:

  • The Data Entry Specialist will accurately enter data into the donor database (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge).
  • The Data Entry Specialist will maintain and update donor records.
  • The Data Entry Specialist will run queries and generate reports as required.
  • The Data Entry Specialist will assist in managing data import and export processes.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST:

  • Proficiency with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
