A growing consumer products company in New Jersey is currently seeking an Application Analyst - Blue Yonder Planning for a great remote opportunity with their growing team.

***This is a Remote opportunity that requires the qualified professional to have Blue Yonder Planning experience***

Job Overview: The Application Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the Blue Yonder planning solutions within our organization. They will play a key role in guiding teams through the agile methodology and ensuring the successful delivery of Blue Yonder product customizations and implementations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Analyze current Blue Yonder planning flows and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with customer, sales, and implementation teams for Blue Yonder product customizations.
  • Manage the delivery of large Cloud business transformation programs, specifically Journey 2 Cloud for Blue Yonder Azure migrations.
  • Execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet initial planned project management constraints.
  • Collaborate with functional developers and application project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes.
  • Influence stakeholders and demonstrate attention to detail and strong work ethic to manage multiple projects and client interactions concurrently.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Blue Yonder/JDA/Manugistics applications.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing large transformation programs in SCM/ Retail/ WMS domains.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Blue Yonder applications.
  • Ability to handle project-related paperwork, including filing and storage of necessary materials.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Blue Yonder planning solutions.
Work Environment:
  • This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The Application Analyst will need to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, both on-shore and off-shore, to ensure the successful implementation of Blue Yonder planning solutions.
