Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wound care case load and staff
  • Coordinate client care services for wound care and medical/surgical needs
  • Communicate with physicians/wound clinics regarding changes in patient needs
  • Determine staffing needs and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Participate in professional development and staff training for wound program

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in nursing
  • Wound/Ostomy certification within 6 months of hire
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience in clinical specialty area
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
