We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This position will play a key role in collaborating with our internal creative, marketing, and site merchandising teams to produce assets across various digital, social, and paid channels, as well as marketing and event materials. Working closely with our creative, marketing, and digital teams, this role will contribute to realizing the brand's creative vision, ensuring all design work adheres to brand standards and objectives. From seasonal campaigns to product launches, this role helps define the digital design aesthetic of our brand. Success in this role requires keen attention to detail, a strong visual design sense, and a deep understanding of our brand and its guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design, copy, and marketing teams to support all marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain templates for creative development and platform building, continually enhancing and refining them. Identify and evolve creative strategies to enhance site experiences, blending brand direction with performance insights.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate concepts into visual executions that reflect our brand and meet business goals. Create a variety of digital and print assets, including campaign concepts, banner ads, print materials, website elements, and social media content.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, presenting work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into polished final assets. Optimize the creative workflow process, streamlining template usage while preserving creativity and delivering enhanced value to our audience.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal and external presentations and guides as needed. Ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Stay informed about current design trends. Analyze and refine creative content for optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
