We are seeking a dynamic leader with strong leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to dive right in and effectively manage loan operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to working with credit officers and managing their respective loan portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently process and close loans within a complex loan operations environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Administer the booking of new and renewed Syndication/Participation loans for Asset-Based Lending, ensuring all in-house requests are properly handled.
  • Manage day-to-day loan transactional processing, including performing loan reconciliations and complex calculations.
  • Follow established procedures to identify and resolve issues related to loan documentation and processing, requiring detailed investigation or research.
  • Ensure timely management and escalation of requests and issues related to loan processing.
  • Serve as a resource for responding to inquiries and resolving problems for member banks, as well as internal and external customers.
  • Exhibit a team-oriented approach with strong influencing skills to lead and motivate others.
  • Demonstrate high integrity, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and strategic with a focus on team collaboration.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
