Oceanic Counseling Group, LLC is currently accepting applications for a full-time, fully licensed South Carolina LISW-CP/S or an LPC/S for our brand-new North Charleston location Position will start off as telehealth and will transition to in person and telehealth. As a clinical supervisor, you'll provide assessment and psychotherapy services for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, marriage, OCD, BPD, bipolar disorder, and more. In addition, you will supervise up to 3 interns in your office and be responsible for fostering their progress, signing off on their notes, treatment plans, etc. and providing individual and group supervision.

Oceanic Counseling Group, LLC has a stellar reputation as a well sought-after practice, scheduling hundreds of new clients each month. We provide an atmosphere that is positive, friendly and safe for clients. Each client is treated as a singular individual with their own needs, expectations and goals.

We provide:

· Private office furnished with a sofa and a chair. We like our therapists to create a space that is comfortable for them and says a little bit about who they are. (Desks, art, tables, decorations, etc. are at the sole discretion of the clinician and are not provided)

You provide:

· Your own secure computer/laptop/tablet to complete assessments, session notes, treatment plans, progress summaries, etc. in a timely manner (per company standards).

· Effective communication with all staff.

· Willingness to see same-day assessments as needed.

· Willingness to conduct both in person and telehealth sessions.

· Understanding that the hourly rate covers all aspects of the psychotherapy process. Including, but not limited to, the sessions themselves, completing assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, progress summaries, other paperwork associated with the visits, etc. There is additional compensation for supervising interns.

· Flexible schedule that allows for 30-40 clinical hours per week.

· A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight and supervision, including reviewing and signing clinical notes within the timeframe set forth by Oceanic Counseling. Clinical Supervisor must set aside time to provide supervision on a regular basis with the associates/interns (or as needed by the associate/intern to complete their license requirements). This time is considered part of the Clinical Supervisor’s pay rate.
