Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, managing warehouse space, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring timely placement and dispatch of orders. Since it's in the setup phase, flexibility is key as this role involves setting up the warehouse with the required equipment and infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a few years experience in warehouse/shipping/logistics to take their next step.


Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities :

1. Stock Management:

? Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate incoming shipments.

? Share required information and documentation pertaining to incoming shipments.

? Maintain appropriate stock levels to meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory. Monitor inventory levels regularly and coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed.

2. Warehouse Space Management:

? Efficiently utilize warehouse space to maximize storage capacity and facilitate smooth movement of goods.

? Implement and enforce organizational systems to ensure ease of access and accurate inventory tracking.

? Be the key person responsible for the entire facility and oversee the setup process including acquiring necessary equipment, racking, strapping, tools, and office space.

3. Administrative Tasks:

? Handle administrative duties such as record-keeping, data entry, and documentation related to inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations.

? Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

? Manage outsourced/temp/permanent labor and forklift drivers to carry out inbound and outbound operations and organizing of goods.

4. Order Placement and Dispatch:

? Receive incoming orders, verify contents, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products according to customer requirements.

? Collaborate with the sales team to address any discrepancies in orders or dispatch quantities. - Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.


Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

? Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in inventory management software and Google Workspace applications, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

? Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory control. - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. - Experience in administrative tasks and familiarity with office procedures.

? Ability to uphold warehouse operations in accordance with health and safety standards.


At the time this role does not provide benefits, as they are just now expanding their footprint into the U.S. They are currently overseas. It is a great opportunity for someone who would like to grow with a company from the ground up in the U.S.


Salary - up to $60k
