Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
  • Follow the company's SDLC process.
  • Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements.
  • Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documents, and provide feedback.
  • Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation.
  • Collaborate with other development staff to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Assist the Payroll Technology team in testing Payroll OHCM processes, identifying bugs, and documenting them.
  • Pay close attention to detail when running tests, documenting, and reporting results.
  • Report defects and work with software developers to fix and patch the program.
  • Use Oracle Cloud methodologies to create, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC.
  • Assist in testing on-cycle and off-cycle payroll process flows, GL costing, and creating third-party files.
  • Use HDL and HSDL loaders for loading Payroll related items.
  • Enhance product knowledge and user understanding of the system within the Payroll Technology Team.

Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically with Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC.
  • Proficiency in using HDL and HSDL loaders for data loading.
  • Strong focus on detail, particularly in testing, documenting, and reporting results.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and fix bugs found during testing.
