Responsible for maintaining multiple reports tracking open jobs, employee job bids, employee qualification, and new hire reports. ```{=html} ``` - Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy and proceduresHandle confidential Human Resources information. - Maintain adequate records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. - Enter and maintain employee records information into SAP, Kronos, and or JSAs. - Handle all onboarding paperwork and maintain all employee files. - Answer phones in a professional manner, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately. - Data entry and maintain several HR/Training reports. - Assist HR staff with various clerical/administrative duties as needed including filing as needed. - Cross train on all HR functionsincluding employment. - Manageinternal company communications including bulletin boards, company newsletters,Company Picnic,etc. - All other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager.
